In the case you need a visa we will apply for your visa in the UAE. Flights will be issued upon your visa being processed by the UAE authority.

Logistic Information

  • Based on your country of choice and whether you are or are not attending the Emirates Cardiac Society Annual Conference on May 2-4, a list of cities has been populated for which flight option(s) has been offered.
  • Kindly select your most suitable flight option.
    If one option only has been suggested to you, therefore it must be the ideal choice for a smooth attendance at the event.
    Hotel lodging will be scheduled and booked based on the confirmed flight option.
  • We assure you that we will spread no effort in accommodating your preference for late check-outs and early check-ins based on your selected flights. Thus, please keep in mind that the last decision will be based on hotel’s availability
