  • Upon final evaluation by the abstract revision committee, presenting authors will be provided with an outcome with either an acceptance or rejection email, which takes place 10-14 days after the abstract submission deadline. Acceptance letters will be sent from abstracts@lumina.ae. Please mark this email address as a safe sender in your inbox to ensure receiving the outcome of your submitted paper. Upon receiving an acceptance email, authors need to confirm receiving the email by acknowledging its instructions within 5 days. Abstract submission deadline might be extended. In the case they are, an announcement of such extension will be placed on the event web site. Please visit the dedicated event website to know more.
